When tales were true

Damp stinky caves wouldn't matter
for they simply did not exist.
I was blessed and very happy
ere a fairy came t' me,
Saying something not t' please.

'Ho! Get on thy knees;
come here and see:
Thy prince is long gone
and thou shall pay the fee.'

Alas, my lord!
He doth wear some swords and sandals,
but words o' wisdom he forgets:

"Suck and spit
Spit, repeat
Go on and sin
Fulfill my needs

Now breath
Just wait and see
The magic trick
is t' appear."

Not quite knowing how t' end
The story thou must now retell.

The
re's no moral;
'tis not e'en allegoric:
't
used t' be better...
well, 'twas glory.
